Clients are also responsible for maintaining lawful use of any systems, phone numbers, websites, domains, emails, marketing campaigns, contact lists, software, or content they provide or approve.

5. Third-Party Services

Elite Tech Designs may work with third-party platforms, vendors, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, cloud providers, payment processors, phone providers, SMS providers, software vendors, and other services.

Client remains responsible for any approved work already completed, active subscriptions, third-party costs, hosting costs, software costs, phone/SMS usage, domain fees, licensing fees, or other agreed charges.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of service, project stage, third-party costs, and written agreement between the client and Elite Tech Designs.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, setup fees, completed work, custom development, consulting time, digital services, third-party costs, software subscriptions, hosting charges, domain fees, phone/SMS usage, and other consumed services are non-refundable.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elite Tech Designs retains ownership of its internal tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, business processes, documentation formats, designs, branding materials, training materials, and reusable components.

Clients retain ownership of their own business content, logos, data, images, files, and materials they provide, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.

Final deliverable ownership, licensing, and usage rights may be defined in the applicable quote, proposal, contract, or statement of work.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use Elite Tech Designs services, websites, systems, phone services, SMS services, or cloud services for:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, abusive, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.

However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, leads, conversions, uptime, deliverability, approval by third-party platforms, or acceptance by carriers or compliance reviewers.
